Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or resold and are not eligible for a refund, except when required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Herbal Health Shield or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
