Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances, processing may take additional time.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information using the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an extended period or you believe your shipment may be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your name, order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the product and packaging when possible.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Herbal Health Shield because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
